Back at the Guild, Aries has her injury inspected by one of the medical experts of the Guild, a woman of Roran descent.

Aries has choice words about the uniform which, as the nurse points out, protects against penetration and puncture, but isn't meant for impact or keeping bones in place even if Aries *had* been wearing it fully when fighting the lamptopus.

She heads out of the medical center, bound for the residential complex at the Guild.

[Author's note: The Caduceus was selected for the medical symbol over the red crossmark for a few reasons, and while the Caduceus is not traditionally associated with medicine, it came to be a Spiran symbol by other means entirely. In Spiran culture, the staff symbolizes health coming on swift wings, compliments of the Tengu People who discovered a species of snake who exude a healing aura as a magically evolved survival mechanism. The snakes, when trained, were used by ancient healers to treat injury. The practice fell out of style, but the symbolism lived on.]
